The Student Services Office is teaming up with your Student Union Science Representatives to submit two proposals in January for funding for "renovations and upgrades" to the Science Concourse area near the Science Library. The concourse area in the past two years has become a hub for Science students whether it is studying, eating lunch, hanging out with friends, or just reading, this has become a regular place to be. We would like this community space to be another place we call home. That being said we are aware it needs so updating and renovations. We would like the to request funding for some of the following improvements: 1) New Furniture (study, lunch, lounge) 2) New Paint throughout 3) Additional Lighting 4) New Flooring 5) Accessibility for all Students We would like to include in our proposal signatures from Science students showing their support. But we need you! If you would like to see these changes made, please sign this petition together we can make a difference to our Science Community. This petition will be open until January 4th, 2012.
