Purpose- To open the Central State University network for the ability to go to any legal website the students want to visit on their own PERSONAL computers. As college students that are PAYING for an education at this institution, they should not be restricted from accessing websites that have no direct negative effect on the institution or its students. The institution is only responsible for providing an education and a safe learning environment, not controlling ANY aspect of the students PERSONAL lives.
