I sign only to support the idea of more options. I agree w/ Brd. that neutral is a meaningless term. Of the 3 examples given by JP none are neutral IMHO. Elysium is too high end to be comparable and the furniture I could see on their website seemed a little strange. Of the other 2 I like AP best b/c I like leather furniture and wood, but that seems less modern. Furniture and lamps cannot be divorced from their space. Logan 3 is quite attractive b/c of the tile the wall treatments, the glass bannister and the wooden shades, the furniture seems to subtract. How can we know what adds value? Unit 801.

I agree. The original lobby of 2007 was one factor that sold us on the building. Please work for more options.

Agree 100%. The two proposals have an outdated, "hospitality" look that does not appear high end.

I agree that the board should demand more choices to give the owners options that are more distinct from each other. Both concepts were rather busy.

I would like to see more up-to-date design options that better fit with the building's industrial look.

I defer to Joey who I trust has a better sense of what would be the best value added approach.
