We the undersigned call on our employer, Royal Bournemouth & Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to withdraw from membership of the South West Employers Pay Consortium and reject any plans to cut staff pay and conditions by creating a regional pay framework that operates outside of the national Agenda for Change agreement. We believe that the Trust should instead continue to work in partnership with local Staff-Side unions and through the NHS Employers organisation at the national NHS Staff council.
