As a member of the Vista Del Norte Subdivision Homeowners Association, the undersigned:
1. Petition the Board to immediately rescind the Amended and Restated Bylaws dated July 10, 2020.
2. If the Board does not rescind the Amended and Restated Bylaws, the undersigned votes for the removal from office of the current Board of Directors.
3. Petition the Board to call a special meeting of the members to be held no later than October 8, 2020 via video conference with full participation/speaking rights allowed to all members. The purpose of the meeting shall be to remove the current Board of Directors and hold an election to replace the removed Board members.

Too much overreach. We need new leadership that actually listens to the homeowners
Ridiculous power grab. We pay our dues and deserve a say in how this neighborhood is run. Stop ignoring us.
