Visions of Hope, Inc in partnership with Usher's New Look Foundation seeks to create a New Look chapter here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This chapter will assist in certifying the youth in the four pillars of leadership: talent, education, career, and service. Youth leadership is an important aspect of our society.
