Dear AECT Membership, We, the Minorities in Media Affiliate (MIM), would like to create and become a new AECT Division called CULTURE, LEARNING AND TECHNOLOGY. We believe the use of the phrase/title MINORITIES IN MEDIA is outdated and is not inclusive of all members and the work that we do. Our goal is to serve all AECT members who are interested in issues at the intersection of culture, learning and technology. All activities organized under our current MIM structure will be housed under the newly proposed division. We hope that you will support us in this initiative by signing this petition.
