Seeing the count climb toward one hundred has been an incredible surprise and it truly shows how much you all care about our patients. Please keep spreading the word because I truly believe our collective strength keeps growing through your efforts alone.

Yes. I support a fair and just contract that supports safety, recruitment, retention, and a high quality workplace
I support this petition. Fair benefits and wages reflecting true value of our service.
In solidarity to improve pays to account for inflation, improve benefits to strengthen and retain workforce, in turn benefiting patients and populations we serve.
We demand competitive salaries and benefits for the work we do for LA County. This is the way to recruit the best physicians for our patients!
We need to see a good faith gesture from our employers and supervisors in improving our compensation packages so that we can successfully recruit the clinicians and nursing staff we need to properly care for our patients! 30% staff shortages across the board are a direct result of our stagnant compensation! This is unacceptable and needs to end now!!!
