Isn't it ridiculous how you have to spend money to apply to a college just to potentially get rejected and lose all that money?

All public college applications should be free to allow for a more equal playing field. Making these applications free allows you to save money, increase the number of schools you apply to, not worry about losing money if you're rejected from a school, and/or lower the overall cost you pay towards you college education.
