The painted hallways will make the building look dirty at all times and cost us money to repair each year. Both sides of the wall should be wallpapered to help keep the maintenance low and have durability.

Such a shame that such a nice building has hallways that look like my grade 2 students designed.
The white wall will be scuffed and filthy in no time. The wallpaper appears to be fairly durable, so would be a much better option for the other wall.
