This petition is to inform the company commonly known as "YouTube" at website address http://www.youtube.com that we are offended and shocked that the video "Sarah Palin & Trig her retarded son! Mama,gaga, LOL" be removed from YouTube since it is in DIRECT violation of the Terms of Service and is disgusting, repulsive, offensive, and promotes hatred to a protected group of people. From YouTube's own Terms of Service: "Hate speech is content that promotes or encourages hatred or violence towards a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status and sexual orientation/gender identity." This video, while poking fun, also promotes hatred against people with mental and physical disabilities. This video has been flagged numerous times, but still remains active on YouTube servers while other videos, not nearly as offensive in nature (namely one example; A video of Kayla Weber, a baby who was dying of cancer) are removed. We are aware that this video may have been "overlooked" by YouTube staffers due to the fact that human beings are not perfect. This is the purpose of the petition which would be next to impossible to overlook. In addition to removing the video we would also like user "WasillaWhore" to be reviewed since anyone who comments on the disgusting nature of her video she incessantly spams on their YouTube page with inappropriate comments meant to tease and poke fun. YouTube is supposed to be a place where everyone can have fun. It is supposed to be an enjoyable experience and with videos roaming around like the one cited in this petition anything could be further from the truth. In closing, we DEMAND, as YouTube users, that this video be removed or we will have to pull our accounts and not use YouTube anymore.
