Been living in this building for almost a year and its terrible. They water is either to hot of or to cold. The rent is to high for use to be living in these kinds of conditions and they have the nerve to charge us for water. I now want to sign a petition to get that nasty Eric the new manager out. He is not kind at all and his attitude sucks!
We have been living here since February 2013, our water bill was supposed to have been waved, I have been corresponding with Avondale repeatedly about this water bill and to this day no one has responded. The water has to run approximately 15 to 20 minutes before it even gets warm, no one should have to pay a bill that is costly before you get a bill. This is LUDACRIS!!
We need to spread the word more people could sign
We never have hot waterand when we do it takes a long time for it to get warm.

I was lead to believe that this was something the state of Maryland was implementing and I believe others thought so too. Enough is enough.
