We demand Kettler Community to exempt the old residents of Avondale Overlook Apartments from paying water bills. The following petitioners ask the management to provide free use of the water for residents who joined this community before Feb 2013; when new amendments were made. This action would encourage residents to look for other communities which provide basic facilities such as water supply without any extra cost to the residents who already pay a premium rent. Residents chose Avondale Overlook Apts. over other communities in neighborhood because all the basic amenities were included in the rent. As per the advertisement, "Avondale Overlook gives you everything you want in an apartment community. And everything you need to live better". However, precisely Kettler's decision can be questioned over newly formed decisions. We strongly oppose paying a separate water bill along with a premium monthly rent.
