Currently, the residents of White Rd. do not have access to Baton Rouge/Ascension Parish water services.  While this was understandable five or ten years ago, Prairieville is a rapidly growing area, and this is no longer acceptable.  This petition is an attempt to assess the interest of White Rd. residents in becoming a part of the "city" water system.
