To stop the trend leading to hardship for water well owners and losses in property values due to declining ground water supplies, WE, THE UNDERSIGNED property owners, residents and voters expect the Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District (BCRAGD) Board of Directors to honor their Oath of Office as elected officials. Therefore we are petitioning the Board of Directors to complete the following in a timely manner: 1. District Rules, 2. Drought Management Plan, 3. Bylaws, and to 4. Establish a Desired Future Condition that assures our ground water supplies and spring flows, now and in the future.
