We as the Bela-Bela khutsong brunch (ward 7) community members we are tired of our counsellor sub-contractors and labours earn less money than they should. Counsellor chooses his people to work in the projects. He controls the projects. He fired labours for demanding their June-July salaries. He told Amos to delay materials to sub-contractors that are not chosen by him so that their money get finished by workers. When sub-contractors demands their pay he said " They are mad" During a phone call not aware that they were listening. He does not speak politely with stakeholders when they have problems he reminds them how poor they are and how he is doing them favours by hiring them in projects. We no longer want him as our counsellor.
