We as neighbors would like to request that the members of the City of Houston Planning Commission do not grant three variances to build 84 Condos in an area unsuitable for such development with inappropriate access. May we ask you to offer compromise with the developer to build a few single family homes or if this scenario is not feasible please offer it at a reasonable price to build a neighborhood park or open green space?
