Mogadore's very own beloved Ritchie lost his job at Speedway, which we all know means so much to him. Ritchie was provoked by being called "retarded" and reacted as any other human being would. The fact the he was provoked should be taken into account. Ritchie has worked at Speedway for years, and loves the citizens of Mogadore, and we all love him too. It just isn't fair that Ritchie lose his job over some guy who called him the worst name you could ever call him.
