We want to stay at the Mystays hotel in Narita. For over 20 years we have been under the care of Steven Samuel at the Narita Tokyu/Mystays hotel.
IOD- Steven met us at the ER - contacted AA. Drove us in his own car to the airport to arrange a wheelchair.
Holiday- he arranges crew parties to combat the holiday blues.
Crew Appreciation- free BBQ every summer to show us how much we are loved!

He knows all our names!

Crew only restaurant with discount.
Luggage storage.
Spa discount.
Smoking rooms.
Family Mart 24 hrs convenience store.
Free cell phones is room.
Use of hotel deep freezer.

The customer service at the Mystays hotel is the best out of all the hotels we stay at- system wide!!

In 25 years I have had over 1200 layovers at this hotel- and have seen how they go out of their way to hear our requests..to make our stay more comfortable.

We want to stay at a hotel that has been a home away from home- we don't feel like another customer- We feel like family.
