We, the undersigned, hereby call on Jim Gannon to reflect once more on the fantastic opportunity to manage Brighton & Hove Albion, and say "YES"! We recognise that Jim has been an incredibly loyal servant of Stockport County, both as a player and manager. We whole-heartedly respect that loyalty. We also recognise that proximity to family and friends in the North West must be very important. However, we respectfully point out the following attractions of becoming Brighton's next manager: - The club has tremendous potential, with a new 22,500 seater stadium planned for 2011, a huge catchment area, and a proud history; - The Chairman is one of the best in league football, with a well-earned reputation for fairness and professionalism; - The fans have kept the club alive over the past 15 years with a unique dedication and resourcefulness; - BA operates frequent daily flights from Gatwick to Manchester, just in case. Finally, the undersigned hereby pledge that we will do our level best to keep an eye out for Stockport County, and wish them all the best.
