WE OFFER THIS PETITION TO ALL TO USE AS YOU SEE FIT IN YOUR LOCAL ACTIONS:

• After the petition has gathered a good many signatures and comments:
• We will format it as a Word document that you can share as you wish in your local peace and justice actions;
• We will provide you the finished petition as an attachment and you can submit it to world leaders, US president, Congress, governors, state legislature members, etc. of your choice;
• Give them a copy if you are successful in meeting with elected officials;
• Give it to the media;
• Use it to help you write your own op ed to send to your local newspaper on the topic of war and genocide;
• Copy off the petition packet and hand deliver it to your House or Senate members or state politicians officials district office, etc.;
• Draft a resolution for your local town, village, city or county to discuss and pass, and
• You may read it at a rally or a press conference, give it to any government leader you wish!

The petition packet may be 10 to 30 pages and will contain the letter of demands to world leaders and the name, city and state of each signer. IT WILL NOT CONTAIN THE SIGNERS EMAIL ADDRESS. It WILL contain the Comments any signer writes next to her/his name. There will be a number of very good comments which you may choose to highlight with a marker before you give it to people.

This petition site does not have the capability to send a copy of the petition to your elected officials.

So please sign the petition, write out your comment and then forward our email to YOUR email friends and ask them to sign to help your effort if they wish, etc.

This petition is YOUR TOOL to use to try to create change in our society!

MORE ISRAELI CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS OF THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS ARE TAKING PLACE IN GAZA:-- BOMBING HOSPITALS

First we presume that you know Israel's actions in Gaza are alleged to be genocide by various organizations and that the International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for the Israeli Prime Minister and the former Defense minister for what Israel has done and is doing in Gaza.

Under the international laws of war, specifically the Geneva Conventions, it is illegal in war to attack any hospital. It is a war crime to give such an order and for military members to follow such orders. Israel has been attacking, destroying hospitals, killing and wounding patients and healthcare workers in GAZA and here is a report on the attack December 23, 2024, just a few days ago, on one of the last two remaining hospitals in northern Gaza.

Dear World Leaders: WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS NOT WORKING! MANY OF YOU ARE COMPLICIT WITH WAR CRIMES AND GENOCIDE.

Over 120 armed conflicts rage across the world impacting over 2 Billion people!

130 million people have been displaced from their homes!

These wars and conflicts are killing mostly women, children and the elderly not, relatively speaking, many combatants. Thus the wars are by heavily armed soldiers against mostly unarmed civilians.

Across the world nations' military spending is in the trillions of dollars annually with over 12,000 nuclear weapons stockpiled across the world. Nearly 4,000 of these deployed ready to start Nuclear WW III at any minute.

In this the Holiday Season for Christians, Muslims, Jews, Native Peoples and people of other religions worldwide, WE NEED PEACE, better schools, better healthcare, better economies and better lives for all people, along with democracies.

WE DO NOT NEED MORE WAR, DEATH AND DESTRUCTION!

MANY OF YOUR ACTIONS AS WORLD LEADERS ARE HELPING THE VERY AGGRESSIVE, EMPIRE BUILDING PEOPLE IN OUR NATIONS DESTROY OUR CULTURES, PEOPLE, PLANET AND THE FUTURE SUSTAINABILITY OF LIFE!

We demand you, as world leaders, Cease being "Enablers of Death" and Start being Enablers of Peace!

WE DEMAND YOU START DOING THIS NOW – Not 20 years from now when it is too late.

We fully understand you can not do this alone. That is why we, as a world, have the United Nations. We demand you work with UN leaders and all nations to fund and staff the UN better so it can successfully do its job.

Currently, we have:

• Two major wars Israel/Palestine/Lebanon and Russia/Ukraine
• ForEver Wars in Middle East (Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Iran, Yemen, Somalia and others) and
• A ForEver War between India and Pakistan (with a total of 1.7 Billion population), both have nuclear weapons - - and they have been fighting each other since 1947 over the disputed region of Kashmir.

IT IS THESE WARS THAN CAN ESCALATE INTO NUCLEAR WAR ON ANY DAY.

We Demand EACH OF YOU, As World Leaders,

Provide Solutions and Call for Action Now:

1. To Abolish Nuclear Weapons
2. To Follow international laws and national laws, treaties
3. To Prosecute in international courts and national court your war criminals
4. To Establish strong and powerful Truth and Reconciliation Commissions
5. To Empower, expand and massively fund the United Nation's Peace Keeping Forces and UN’s capability to Negotiate Truces and Peace Treaties between groups and nations, and
6. To Eliminate the UN Security Council's outdated "one nation veto power rule" and reform the Security Council immediately!

We must STOP our world from slipping and sliding toward a nuclear World War III,
