We the people of West Virginia do call upon our Senators, through this petition, to pass Senate Bill 475 and Let Those Who Ride Decide.

On January 30, 2019, the WV Senate introduced Senate Bill 475, which would allow motorcycle operators and passenger's age 21 and over, having a valid driver's license for at least 2 years, to choose whether or not to wear a helmet.

(It is the basically a partner bill to HB2070 that the WV House of Delegates tabled in the Technology and Infrastructure Committee on January 28,2019.)
