Young America houses hundreds of students and other residents of the Bloomington-Normal area. As a part of the Illinois State University community, it is important that residents recognize ISU's goals towards a sustainable future. This should be paralleled by Young America's housing sites with an established recycling plan. Currently, Young America does not offer recycling pick-up, which would greatly influence residents to make environmentally friendly choices with the way they dispose of their materials. This petition is an aim to influence Young America to make recycling a priority and an option for their residents.
