Stop the Execution of Zeinab
Zeinab Sekanvand another young Iranian woman from Kurdistan region is set to be executed by the Islamic regime of Iran. She is accused of killing her husband. When she was arrested, only 17 was held in the police station and tortured by male police officers for weeks to make her confess to the killing. Zeinab was denied access to a lawyer until the very last minute before her unfair trail. In court she refused to plead guilty but made a shocking statement that the brother of her husband who had raped her many times was responsible for the murder.
The court ignored that Zeinab was abused for months by her husband and refused her request for a divorce. The court ignored that she was raped and raped by her brother in law. The court ignored that she was forced to confess after months of torture and the promise by her brother in law that he would pardon her (according to the Islamic law Qesas under which she is sentenced to death, she would go free if a male member of killed person family pardon her). The court ignored that she made the confession, when she had no access to a lawyer. But what the court relied on was the initial confession that she made under the force, physical torture and deception. Zeinab under such highly discriminating circumstances was sentenced to death by hanging.
Zeinab has been the victim of a patriarchal society, to become a bride when she was still a teenager, she has been abused by her husband and raped by her brother in law, abused and torture by the police officers and the prosecutors and that is still not enough for an anti-woman, religious regime who wants to penalise her with death because she is a woman and so she is guilty in any case.
This brutal and anti-woman regime has taken the life of hundreds of women who have been the victim of male supremacy, rape, domestic violence and other kinds of violence.
Reyhaneh Jabbari, a 19 years old Iranian girl was executed in 2014 for stabbing the man who attempted to rape her. There have been many similar cases of execution such as the case of Delar Darabi ... but this cannot go on. Many other women such as Razieh Ebrahimi who is accused of killing her husband because of years physical and verbal abuse are on the death row.
It is enough!! we cannot allow that a rotten religious regime to take the life of so many of our young women who have suffered so much and are trapped in the cycle of abuse at home and by the system in a society that patriarchy is dominant and is strongly protected by the reactionary traditions, religion and above all with a suppression machine called Islamic regime of Iran. These women have a life ahead of them and deserve to have it free of violence and abuses.
The Islamic regime forged its ideological identity by imposing laws and rules on women, aimed at keeping them subordinate to men as lesser beings living lives restricted by their gender. It has always reserved its most cruel repression for women, especially those who defy these reactionary laws and the system as a whole. The theocratic state considers any action by a woman not under the control of her masters a threat to the whole social order and the patriarchal and religious ideology that binds it together.
The Islamic regime is well aware that increasing number of women is losing their patients and cannot tolerate such suffocating anti-woman relation in which the women are not treated as a human being. They are aware that increasing numbers of women are rebelling against the reactionary traditions and the laws and religion that promote and support them. The young women want to marry those who they love even if they have to run away from home. If they are not protected against the rapist they will defend themselves. If they are not defended against the violent husband they will have to fight it themselves.
The relation between the Islamic regime and the people, during more than 37 years of their rule has been defined only through suppression, prison, torture, assault, rape and execution.
The oppressive anti-women regime of the Islamic Republic has executed at least tens of thousands of political prisoners since its foundation in 1979 and it has executed more than 2000 prisoners including political prisoners since 2014. Once more they have retained the number one position on a world scale!
Since Rohani’s presidency and the Iranian regime’s efforts to convince the US and European imperialists that they can be relied on as a "legitimate" and powerful state in helping them to come out of its economic and Middle East crisis, the regime has intensified the arrests and executions of their opponents. In turn the imperialist powers, have turned a blind eye on the executions, the intensification of the subordination of women, the imprisonment of the opposition, the repression and imprisonment of workers and toiling people by the Islamic state, as they have done throughout the past 37 years since the Islamic Regime came to power.
March 8 Women’s Organisation (Iran-Afghanistan) is calling to all progressive and freedom lovers to act immediately to prevent the execution of Zeinab Sekanvand and the lives of hundreds who are in danger especially those women who are in death row. We should be able to stop the killings of every single one of them by organizing our protests.

اعدام زینب را متوقف کنید
زینب سِکانوند، یکی دیگر از زنان جوان ایران از ناحیه ی کردستان در صف اعدام جمهوری اسلامی قرار دارد. اتهام او کشتن همسرش است. در زمان دستگیری در حالی که تنها 17 سال داشت، برای هفته ها در بازداشتگاه پلیس توسط ماموران مرد تحت شکنجه قرار گرفت تا به کشتن شوهرش اعتراف کند. زینب تا آخرین لحظه قبل از دادگاه ناعادلانه ی خویش از حق قانونی دسترسی به وکیل محروم بوده است. زینب در دادگاه اتهام قتل را انکار کرد و در دفاعیه ی خویش اظهار کرد که برادر شوهرش ـ که چندین بار او را مورد تجاوز قرار داده بود ـ این قتل را انجام داده است
دادگاه در نظر نگرفت که زینب در طول زندگی مشترک با همسرش بارها مورد آزار و اذیت وی قرار گرفته بود و تقاضایش برای طلاق رد شده بود. دادگاه در نظر نگرفت که برادر شوهرش بارها به او تجاوز کرده بود. دادگاه در نظر نگرفت که او بعد از یک ماه فشار و شکنجه و فریب بردار شوهرش که او را خواهد بخشید و خانواده را راضی خواهد کرد که از قصاص بگذرند، به کشتن شوهرش «اعتراف» کرد. (بر طبق قوانین اسلامی قصاص که تحت آن زینب به مرگ محکوم شده است با رضایت ولیِ دم قاتل قصاص نمیشود). دادگاه در نظر نگرفت که زینب زمانی مجبور به اعتراف شده بود که امکان دسترسی به وکیل از وی گرفته شده بود. اما آنچه که تنها مورد توجه دادگاه قرار گرفت اعترافی بود که تحت فشار و شکنجه ی مداوم و همچنین ناشی از قول دروغین برادرشوهرش بوده است. تحت چنین شرایط ناعادلانه ای زینب به اعدام محکوم شده است
زینب قربانی جامعه ای مردسالار است: زمانی که نوجوان بوده ناچاراً ازدواج کرده و در طول زندگی مشترک تحت بدرفتاری و ضرب و شتم شوهرش و تجاوزهای متعدد برادرشوهرش قرار داشته است. او در زمان بازداشت مورد شکنجه و آزار و اذیت پلیس و بازپرس بوده و این همه فشار برای رژیم زن ستیز جمهوری اسلامی کافی نیست و میخواهد زینب را اعدام کند، چرا که که وی یک زن است و در این رژیم، زن همواره مجرم است
رژیم جنایتکار و زن ستیز جمهوری اسلامی در طول حیاتش جان هزاران زن که قربانی نظام مردسالار بوده اند را گرفته است. ریحانه جباری، زن 19 ساله ایرانی که در سال 2014 به جرم اینکه در مقام دفاع از خود در برابر تجاوز، یک مرد متجاوز را با چاقو زده بود، اعدام شد و یا دلارا دارابی که وی نیز ناعادلانه محاکمه و اعدام شد، نمونه های کوچکی از نحوه ی برخورد جمهوری اسلامی با زنان است. این رویه ی زن ستیزانه روزانه ادامه داشته و زنان دیگری نیز در صف اعدام جمهوری اسلامی قرار دارند مانند راضیه ابراهیمی که متهم به قتل شوهری است که وی را سالها تحت آزار و اذیت قرار داده بود. این رویه باید متوقف شود
دیگر بس است!! ما نمی توانیم بگذاریم که یک رژیم مذهبی فاسد، این چنین جان زنان جوان ما را بازستاند؛ زنانی که رنج های زیادی متحمل شده اند و توسط سیستمی پدر/مردسالار در چرخه ی توهین و تحقیر در خانه و اجتماع اسیر گشته اند. این سیستم توسط سنتهای عقب مانده ی ارتجاعی، مذهب و در رأس تمامی آنها، ماشین سرکوبی به نام رژیم اسلامی ایران، به شدت تقویت میشود. این زنان هنوز بخش مهمی از زندگیشان را پیش رو دارند و این حق آنهاست که زندگی عاری از هرگونه خشونت، تحقیر و سرکوب داشته باشند
رژیم اسلامی هویت ایدئولوژیک خود را با تحمیل قوانین و احکام اسلامی علیه زنان شکل داده است ـ با هدف کنترل و فرودستی زنان نسبت به مردان و به عنوان موجوداتی پست تر که به خاطر جنسیت شان و زن بودنشان باید محدود شوند ـ سرکوب بیرحمانه ی زنان، به ویژه آنها که این قوانین ارتجاعی و کل سیستم را به مبارزه می طلبند همواره جزء لاینفک این رژیم بوده و هست. حکومت دینی هرگونه کنش و اقدامی از جانب یک زن ـ که خارج از کنترل اربابش باشد ـ را تهدیدی برای کلیت نظم اجتماعی و ایدئولوژی مذهبی پدر/مردسالارانه خویش قلمداد می کند
رژیم اسلامی به خوبی فهمیده است که روز به روز تعداد زنانی که کاسه ی صبرشان لبریز شده است و دیگر توان تحمل چنین روابط زن ستیزانه و خفقان آوری ـ که در آن زن به عنوان یک انسان قلمداد نمیشود ـ را ندارند، فزونی می یابد. آنها میدانند که روز به روز زنان بیشتری علیه قوانین و احکام ارتجاعی و همچنین دین ـ که این قوانین را ترویج داده و تقویت مینماید ـ طغیان میکنند. زنان جوان مایل اند با کسی که دوستش دارند ازدواج کنند، حتی اگر مجبور شوند به خاطر این کار از خانه فرار کنند. اگر قانون در برابر فردی که به آنها تجاوز میکند، از آنها حمایت نکند، این زنان خود از خویشتن دفاع خواهند نمود. اگر قانون آنها را از خشونت همسرشان، مصون نگه ندارد، آنها خود مجبور به مبارزه خواهند بود
رابطه ی بین رژیم اسلامی و مردم در طول این 37 سالی که از عمر این حکومت می گذرد، بر پایه ی ستم، سرکوب، زندان، شکنجه، تحقیر، تجاوز و اعدام تعریف شده است
رژیم ضدزن و سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی حداقل دهها هزار زندانی سیاسی را از زمان شکل گیری خود درسال 1979 به چوبه های دار سپرده است. در دولت روحانی از سال 2014 نیز بیش از 2000 زندانی از جمله زندانیان سیاسی اعدام شده اند. یکبار دیگر این رژیم رکورد جهانی را به خاطر تعداد وسیع اعدامیان برای خود به ثبت رسانده است
از زمان آغاز ریاست جمهوری روحانی و تلاشهای رژیم ایران برای متقاعد کردن امپریالیسم آمریکا و امپریالیستهای اروپایی ـ مبنی بر اینکه حکومت ایران به عنوان یک رژیم قدرتمند و مشروع میتواند نقطه اتکایی برای خروج آنها از بحران مالی و بحران خاور میانه باشد ـ این رژیم دستگیری و اعدام مخالفین خود را شدت بخشیده است. در مقابل، قدرتهای امپریالیستی چشم خود را بر روی تمامی این اعدامها، تشدید فرودستی زنان، سرکوب و زندانی ساختن مخالفین، کارگران و زحمتکشان توسط حکومت اسلامی بسته اند، همچنان که در طول 37 سال عمر این رژیم ارتجاعی بسته بودند
سازمان زنان هشت مارس (ایران-افغانستان) کلیه ی افراد مترقی و آزادیخواه را به اقدامی فوری برای جلوگیری از اعدام زینب سِکانوَند و نیز نجات جان صدها انسان، به ویژه زنانی که در صف اعدام قرار دارند، فرا میخواند. ما باید بتوانیم با متشکل کردن اعتراضات مان کشتار هر یک از این افراد را متوقف سازیم

Fermiamo L' Execuzione di Zeinab Sekavand!
Zeinab Sekanvand è un’altra giovane donna iraniana, della regione del Kurdistan, condannata a morte dal Regime Islamico dell'Iran. È accusata di aver ucciso il marito. Quando è stata arrestata aveva solo 17 anni ed è stata trattenuta presso la stazione di polizia e torturata da agenti di polizia di sesso maschile per settimane allo scopo di farLe confessare l'omicidio.
A Zeinab è stato negato l'accesso ad un avvocato sino ad un minuto prima del suo ingiusto processo. In tribunale ha rifiutato di dichiararsi colpevole, ma ha fatto la dichiarazione scioccante che il fratello del marito, che l’aveva violentata molte volte, era l’assassino.
La corte ha ignorato che Zeinab è stata abusata per mesi dal marito e che aveva rifiutato la sua richiesta di divorzio.
La corte ha ignorato che Lei è stata ripetutamente violentata da suo cognato.
La corte ha ignorato che è stata costretta a confessare dopo mesi di torture e la promessa di suo cognato che l'avrebbe perdonata (secondo la legge islamica “QESAS” una condannata morte può ritornare libera se un membro maschio della famiglia della persona uccisa gli concede il suo perdono).
La corte ha ignorato che Zeinab aveva fatto la sua confessione quando non aveva accesso ad un avvocato.
Ma ciò su cui la corte si è basata per emettere la sua condanna è stata la confessione iniziale che Zeinab ha fatto sotto costrizione, torture fisiche e l'inganno.
Zeinab in tali circostanze altamente discriminanti è stata condannata a morte per impiccagione.
Zeinab è stata vittima di una società patriarcale, è diventata una sposa quando era ancora un adolescente, è stata violentata da suo marito e da suo cognato, abusata e torturata da parte degli agenti di polizia e dei pubblici ministeri, e ciò non è stato ancora sufficiente per un regime religioso anti-donna che vuole umiliarla anche con la morte, perché Lei è una donna ed è colpevole in ogni caso.
Questo brutale regime anti-donna ha preso la vita di centinaia di donne che sono state vittime della presunta supremazia del sesso maschile, stuprate, vittime di violenza domestica e di altri tipi di violenza.
Reyhaneh Jabbari, una ragazza iraniana di soli 19 anni è stata giustiziata nel 2014 per aver accoltellato l'uomo che ha tentato di violentarla.
Ci sono stati molti casi simili di esecuzione, come il caso di Delar Darabi ... ma tutto ciò non può andare avanti!! Molte altre donne, come Razieh Ebrahimi che è accusata di aver ucciso il marito dopo anni di abusi fisici e verbali, sono nel braccio della morte.
È abbastanza!! Non possiamo permettere ad un regime religioso, marcio, di prendere la vita di tante nostre giovani donne che hanno sofferto così tanto e sono intrappolate nel ciclo di abusi domestici e dal sistema di una società dove il patriarcato è dominante ed è fortemente protetto dalla tradizione reazionaria, dalla religione e, soprattutto, da una macchina di soppressione chiamata Regime Islamico dell'Iran. Queste donne hanno una vita davanti a loro e meritano di essere libere dalla violenza e dagli abusi.
Il regime islamico ha forgiato la sua identità ideologica, imponendo leggi e norme in materia di donne finalizzate a tenerle subordinate agli uomini, come esseri inferiori limitati dal loro stesso genere (essere donna!!!). La repressione più crudele è sempre stata riservata per le donne, in particolare per coloro che sfidano leggi reazionarie ed i sistemi nel loro complesso. Lo stato teocratico considera qualsiasi azione condotta da una donna non sotto il controllo dei suoi padroni una minaccia per l'intero ordine sociale, una minaccia per l'ideologia patriarcale e religiosa che le lega insieme.
Il regime islamico è ben consapevole del fatto che un numero crescente di donne sta perdendo la sua pazienza e non può tollerare tali soffocanti rapporti anti-donna in cui le donne non sono trattate come un essere umano. Essi sono consapevoli del fatto che un numero crescente di donne si stanno ribellando contro le tradizioni reazionarie e le leggi e la religione che le promuovono e le supportano.
Le giovani donne vogliono sposare coloro che amano, anche se poi sono costrette a scappare di casa.
Se non sono protette contro gli stupratori, si difenderanno loro stesse.
Se non sono difese contro i mariti violenti, loro combatteranno da sole.
Il rapporto tra il regime islamico ed il popolo, durante gli ultimi 37 anni è stato definito solo attraverso la soppressione, il carcere, la tortura, le aggressioni, gli stupri e le esecuzioni.
L’opprimente regime anti-donne della Repubblica Islamica dalla sua fondazione nel 1979 ha incarcerato decine di migliaia di prigionieri politici e dal 2014 ha giustiziato più di 2000 prigionieri, tra cui prigionieri politici, ancora una volta conservando la posizione di numero uno a livello mondiale per esecuzioni di condanne a morte!
Con l’avvento della presidenza di Rohani e gli sforzi del Regime Iraniano per convincere gli Stati Uniti ed i governi imperialisti europei che possono essere considerati come uno stato "legittimo" e potente per aiutarli ad uscire dalla crisi economica e per la gestione delle crisi in Medio Oriente, il regime ha intensificato gli arresti e le esecuzioni dei suoi avversari. A loro volta le potenze imperialiste, hanno chiuso un occhio sulle esecuzioni, sul rafforzamento della posizione di subordinazione delle donne, sull'imprigionamento e la repressione di oppositori ed operai da parte dello Stato Islamico, come hanno fatto nel corso degli ultimi 37 anni, da quando il regime islamico è arrivato al potere.
L'ORGANIZZAZIONE 8 MARZO DELLE DONNE (Iran-Afghanistan) sta chiamando a tutti i progressisti e gli amanti della libertà ad agire immediatamente per impedire l'esecuzione di Zeinab Sekanvand e per la vita di centinaia di altre donne che si trovano in pericolo, specialmente per quelle donne già condannate a morte.
Dovremmo essere in grado di fermare le uccisioni di ognuna di loro organizzando le nostre proteste.

Stoppons l'execution de Zeinab
Zeinab Sekanvand, une autre jeune femme iranienne originaire du Kurdistan iranien condamnée par le régime islamic d'Iran, risque d'être exécutée à tout moment. Elle est accusée du meurtre de son mari. Lors de son arrestation, alors qu'elle n'avait que 17 ans, elle fut détenue au poste de police et torturée par des officiers de polices plusieurs semaines pour lui faire avouer le meutre.
Zeinab ne put obtenir l'aide d'un avocat qu'à la dernière minute, avant un procès arbitraire. Lors du procès, elle refusa de plaider coupable mais fit une déclaration térrible expliquant que le frère de son mari, qui l'avait violé à plusieurs reprises, était résponsable du meutre.
